I grew up in Washington state. The Pacific NorthWest has many different cultures. It is especially rich with the Asian culture and has influenced  my career.

Miami Beach is my new home. I fell in love with Miami day one. 

Miami has also taught me a lot of new flavors that I never had, and made me appreciate genuine cuisine even more.

My style has a vast variety of fusions:

  • American
  •  Asian
  • Italian
  • Steakhouse 
  • Mexican
  • Cuban and much more.
