Hi, I'm Zandria Harper.

I've spent over 10 years grinding in the kitchen. Sharpening  my skills, and dishes. 

My style comes from a vast variety of fusions like American, Asian, Italian, Steakhouse, Mexican, Cuban and much more. 

Seattle is What I tell people Im from, but Im really from the country in Washington state. Unfortunately no one knows Graham, so I tell people Seattle.

Seattle is home too many different cultures. It is rich with the asian culture and has taught me so much in my career.

Miami Beach has been my new home for 6 years now. I fell in love with Miami day one. This city has been very good to me, and Im glad I live here. Miami has also taught me a lot of new flavors that I never had, and made me appreciate genuine cuisine a bit more.
